Mr. Chirag Kher

Mr. Kher has been practicing law since 2010 and primarily advises in the area of civil and commercial litigation and real estate. Chirag was associated with Dua Associates since 2013 and was promoted to partnership in 2021. During his tenure at Dua Associates he assisted and represented prominent clients from various sectors including Information Technology, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing Industry, Real Estate and Hospitality and successfully handle sensitive and high-stake litigation for his Clients. Chirag’s experience includes end to end client handling, case handling and management, legal strategizing, corporate and commercial advisory, real estate transactions, labour and employment laws, etc. for clients such as Dell, Vistara, ITC, Perfetti, Sprinklr, Ranbaxy, Emmvee Photovoltic, Cognizant, Yes Bank, Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Osram, NTT Data Services etc. During his career of over 15 years, Chirag regularly appeared in various Courts and Tribunals including, Supreme Court of India, various High Courts including at Delhi, Karnataka, Punjab & Haryana, various District courts in Delhi and Gurugram, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Labour Courts etc. on future course of strategy in respect of their legal matters/disputes and undertook steps to execute the same. Chirag has also advised and assisted his clients on contract drafting and negotiations, contracts, reviewing policies pertaining to sexual harassment, incentive payout plan, corporate and commercial advisory, legal opinions, presentations, corporate due diligence, setting up companies in India, advising and formulating employee benefits schemes, handling PoSH related matters, etc. Alongwith advising Clients in handling commercial and Civil matters, Chirag has advised and represented clients from Real Estate sector. Scope of work included drafting, advising and structuring transaction documents, execution and registration of ownership/leasing documents and undertaking due diligence exercises. Prior to joining Dua Associates in 2013, Chirag was working with Dhir and Dhir Associates since 2010.
